By visiting floristspaandheri.in or using the services of Florist Wellness Spa, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Florist Wellness Spa provides professional wellness and relaxation therapies such as body massage, aromatherapy, reflexology and body scrubs. All services are strictly professional and non-sexual. Any inappropriate behaviour or request will result in the session being ended immediately without refund, and may be reported to the authorities.

2. Eligibility

Our services are available only to persons aged 18 years and above. We may ask for valid identification.

3. Bookings & Appointments

• Appointments can be booked by calling or WhatsApping 7304548367. Walk-ins are subject to availability.
• Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time. Late arrival may shorten your session.
• We request that you inform us in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.

4. Pricing & Payment

Prices are communicated over the phone or at the spa and may change without prior notice. Offers and discounts (including the website 20% offer) are for a limited time, cannot be combined with other offers, and are subject to availability and specific conditions. Payment is due at the spa before or after your session as informed by our staff.

5. Health & Safety

Please inform your therapist of any medical condition, injury, allergy, pregnancy or recent surgery before your session. We may decline or modify a treatment for your safety. Clients who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be refused service.

6. Conduct

We expect respectful behaviour towards our staff and other guests. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

7. Personal Belongings

Please take care of your personal belongings. Florist Wellness Spa is not responsible for any loss of or damage to personal items.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Florist Wellness Spa is not liable for any indirect or incidental loss arising from the use of our services or website.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
